Mouthpiece rules:

A point of emphasis for the referees this season is to be sure that every player has a proper mouth piece as indicated by the rules of lacrosse (below).

A key component is that it is of a color other than clear or white.

If a player has a special medical situation that requires a special mouthpiece, that must be documented.

The penalty for a non conforming mouthpiece is one minute non-releasable.

We will be checking our players equipment over the next several practices before our opening game on Tuesday.

Please be sure we've got the mouthpieces that are required, (available at the lacrosse stores or any sporting goods store, as well as from our trainers).

If we have a special situation, please have that documented with our trainers.
