See Information on Building Blocks Lacrosse!!

Building Blocks Lacrosse (BBL) has developed a unique system of player development with classes focused on Stick Skills and Shooting and Dodging. They have been operating out of a facility in Gillette for the past 6 years and have just expanded into Montclair (Ashley's Soccer Bubble) and Clifton (Clifton Raquet Club). Please take a look below at the class descriptions for the Winter Session which runs from 12/1 through 1/14 and includes various night and weekend options. Also feel free to check out the BBL website which includes some more info about the program and is where the registration for the various classes exists: http://www.bblax-portal.com/

BBL Montclair – Soccer Bubble

Building Blocks Lacrosse (BBL) is a school that focuses purely on player development. We are constant modifying our curriculum with new ideas and ways to improve ourselves. We believe in a low player to coach ratio of 6:1 which dramatically impacts a player’s development.

ACADEMY TRAINING: We have charted out the individual skills a player needs on the lacrosse field and then turned these concepts into class categories to help encapsulate the concepts within curriculums. Each line of training has its own curriculum and unique set of class plans, as well as an evaluation process to track player development
The initial classes offered in Montclair will be:
Level 1 Stick Skills: Using exercises designed/modified by BBL, this is the best way to develop the core stick skills (outside of checking and shooting) in lacrosse. Our system immediately aims towards creating ambidextrous skills, and quickly targets muscle memory to get the fastest development possible
Boys Sat 9:00a
Girls Thurs 5pm, Sat 11a
Shooting and Dodging Level 1: Over the course of 5 years, we have designed an approach to developing players’ shooting forms – new philosophies, new exercises – major results. We believe every player can benefit from the ever expansive world of throwing forms and shooting training due to the very specific importance of this skill. Because of the detail through which we approach this program, we have multiple levels for players that go through the program. In Level 1 players will develop ambidextrous throwing forms for overhand, as well as dodging abilities into shots, set shooting forms, and off ball techniques into shots.
Boys Thurs 7pm, Sat 10am
Girls Thurs 6pm, Sat 10am
Private Group Training is also available for groups of players of similar ability. Contact us to schedule.
Classes are posted on our website, bblax.com, for easy online registration.
BBL Clifton – Clifton Raquet Club
Level 1 Stick Skills
Boys Fri 5pm, Fri 7pm
Girls Thurs 5pm, Sat 11a

Shooting and Dodging Level 1
Boys Fri 6pm
Girls Thurs 6pm, Sat 10am

Please do not hesitate to email of call me with any questions.
