Imporatnt MKA Lacrosse Information!!

All,
Spring is finally here and our 2012 Lacrosse season commences next week.

The following are reminders regarding some dates and administrative items for the next few weeks.

-Very important…the school has mailed a medical consent form. This must be returned before your son can participate in any practices.
Every year a player or two have had to miss practices as a result of not having this consent in place. Please help us be sure that we can all get off to a great start on the 2nd.

-We have a meeting for Parents scheduled for Thursday, February 23rd at 7pm in the Upper School library.
-We have a team meeting for all players after school on Monday February 27th at 3:30pm
-Our first official day of practice is Friday, March 2
-We will practice in the morning and afternoon on Saturday, March 3
-Our first scrimmage is scheduled at home on Friday 3/9 at 4pm

-First week of spring break is for family vacations, no formal practices scheduled for that first week.

-We have a great turnout for our annual Spring Trip. 24 players have committed to the trip.
We will depart for Maryland from the Upper School at 9am on Saturday, March 17 and return on the afternoon of Wednesday 3/21
More Information will be distributed on the Spring trip - Stay Tuned!!
-We have scrimmages scheduled for the rest of that week on Thursday 3/22 at home and Saturday 3/24 at Christian Brothers Academy

-We finish our preseason work with a scrimmage with Montclair on Tuesday 3/27.

-Our opening game is at home vs. Columbia on Tuesday 4/3. And off we go!!

Looking forward to seeing many of you Thursday evening, and getting started next Friday.
